Ok, below are a few photos which I stitched together to make 3 panoramic views from our trip to Vienna, Austria. The photo to the immediate right of this text is a normal one, of course but I thought it was the best overall view of the palace from the Gloriette vantage point. The three panoramas below are:
1. View from the Forrest Catwalk – from the entrance where we entered the zoo, you had to traverse a long and very high suspension bridge or catwalk from where I stopped to make the series of photos for the first panorama. It is not a pretty photo but shows the zoo below and the palace in the distance.
2. Pool and Sculpture – this comes from a neat looking and quite large sculpture and reflecting pool which faces the palace from the opposite end of the immediate grounds.
3. The Imperial Palace – I took this series from the top of the hill at Gloriette which gives you a sense of the vastness of the whole complex. The city stretches out in the distance
