God is so amazing… and in so many ways! Today, I went to visit a ministry friend who has been serving here in Czech Republic for many years. Her name is Gloria Ginn and she is such an encouragement to be around. She has several years of ministry experience here and is a wealth of information for newbies like myself. The purpose of my visit was to pick up several New Testaments which we can use in our developing “I Am Second” discipleship groups.
As I have been praying through the process of developing the initial test groups, I have uncovered a few needs that I believe will make the groups more successful. Of course, one need would be to supply the groups with Bibles to use in their sessions. Honestly, our budget is much smaller than it used to be so adding on new expenses is not always an easy thing to do. When I found out there was a possibility to get some Bibles for free, I just smiled inside… not a little sheepish smile but a BIG old Southern grin. You know what I mean. It is a blessing to know that behind the scenes, God is working things out to help us move forward with discipling people and spreading His Word to the Roma people of Czech Republic.
