This is a little photo gallery that shows scenes from a service we had recently at our mission church. This occasion was a bit special because we had a Czech acapella choir visit and present several songs to us in the American “spiritual” style.
This choir had people in it from different religious denominations but they all worshipped and sang glory to the Lord in harmony. The afternoon was very warm and we wondered if many people would come because of the heat and the fact that the weather has just turned into a delightful Spring like pattern with plenty of sunshine. I can almost hear words from our Savior… “Oh ye of little faith.” We actually had one of the better crowds in recent weeks and even were blessed with seeing some old friends who have not been with us for a while. One of them was a real blessing to me.
After the singing, one of the choir members preached to the congregation and people were very attentive. After this, they all sang a couple of extra songs. One of them really hit home as it talked about the fact that God loved all people. People of every color and creed.
